Not only was I impressed with Dave's Team and their service and price, I had comments back from our company CEO, President of the Board of Directors and from our Reinsurance Carrier.

If we ever need catastrophe services again, NCP will be our first choice.
History & People
NCP was established in March of 2011 by David H. String. David is a National General Adjuster whose experience in claims handling began in 1975 and continues through today as he plays an active role in our ongoing growth. During his career David has acquired considerable experience in Catastrophe response, homeowner, large loss, agriculture claims, business income, stock and extra expense claims. In addition, he has also handled a wide variety of claims including those involving manufacturing plants, warehouses, shopping malls, condominiums, apartment complexes, governmental agencies and churches. Having amassed technical and senior management experience through the years with several major carriers and national adjusting companies, David has not only participated in nearly every major US catastrophe since 1990 but has also gained key insight into the challenges faced by carriers and adjusting companies during a catastrophe. Seeing an opportunity to make a difference in catastrophe response, David created NCP and is now focused on delivering the highest level of catastrophe adjusting service to the Property and Casualty Insurance industry.
David is former Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President of the South Carolina Claims Association.
Shortly after forming NCP, David immediately asked his son Dave to join him in the company. Dave V. String serves as Vice President and brings years of financial management and CAT adjusting experience to NCP. Dave plays a critical role in all CAT operations working closely with each of our clients, directing our administrative staff and creating specific CAT response plans for each. Dave's blend of corporate finance, training, operations and strong organizational skills along with hands on adjusting experience brings an important blend of discipline and customer focus to our work family.
Jesse Mora joined NCP in 2013 and has already added depth to NCP's client support capabilities. Over the past 16 years Jesse has worked in the claims insurance industry through various technical roles with a major national claims software vendor. During this time, Jesse has utilized his experience in claims workflow management to help streamline processes for both carriers and IA claims organizations as well as working with the respective company IT departments in managing security requirements, data processing, and other infrastructure-related assistance required. His addition to NCP further solidifies our commitment to providing our customers the greatest level of support and reliability of company infrastructure.
Jerry Balek joined NCP in 2013 as Midwest Regional Manager and is responsible for business development and catastrophe response for all of our Midwest clients. Jerry began his insurance career 20 years ago with a small County Mutual Insurance Association located in North Central Iowa. He was an adjuster/inspector/underwriter and eventually advanced to becoming the Assistant Secretary Manager. He then spent many years working for a large Mutual Reinsurance Company located in Iowa as a Reinsurance Claims Specialist, Reinsurance Claims Manager and eventually as Director of Reinsurance Claims. While in these roles Jerry assisted almost 300 Farm Mutual members throughout the Midwest with their catastrophe planning and response. He brings a significant amount of mutual insurance company knowledge and experience to NCP.
